Expect Changes in 2011 Austin Real Estate
posted on January 3, 2011
Below is news from the Real Estate Center Online News describing home sales for November throughout Texas was down 24%, prices were up. Expect a change in December numbers. I expect our sales numbers, especially for the Austin market will be about even. Although our numbers per month were low, on an annual basis we were ahead of 2009 by 10% when I checked in August. December will l Read more »

They are ashamed of how they have managed their finances and do not want anyone else to know the hole they have dug themselves into. I have even had people tell me that they will sit down with me once they get their finances in ord Read more »

It is WRONG to Charge Large People More for Health Insurance
posted on August 31, 2010
I was in line at the grocery store today when I noticed the woman behind me eyeing my enchiladas. Always one to make conversation I said “They are actually really good for frozen food, no preservatives or weird chemicals, and they’re tasty.”She sighed, in what I would call “longing”, and said – “I can’t, I’m on Atkins”. She paused, smiled wryly and said “sixth time’s the charm…”. Read more »

Know your Auto Insurance
posted on August 30, 2010
Auto insurance is one of those things I hate paying for each month, but know that if I were ever in a bad accident I would be grateful I had the right coverage. However, does it cover roadside assistance, will it replace your lost wages if you were out of work for a week or two after an accident, does it pay a death claim if the accident were fatal, will it cover the cost of a rental car, will it cover you if you ar Read more »
