About
My background in corporate human resources, specializing in personal/professional development and change management, led me to a belief that every person has within them the ability to both adapt to and create change. I have coached and trained employees, managers, and individuals in both personal and business transitions to establish clarity and focus, identify opportunities, set realistic goals, and develop action plans. When not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially hiking and bicycling. I love red wine, dark chocolate and visiting small towns, in this country and others.
Passions
I am passionate about guiding others through the process of change and teaching skills and strategies to make change easier.
Wish List
I am interested in expanding my personal and professional network. I would love to develop joint venture relationships and to learn more about marketing and business development.
