The Payton Company uses hiring tools to help clients identify top candidates for jobs, and determine which candidate is the best fit for the job. The tools we use are a career site / applicant tracking system called iApplicants, and job fit assessments from Profiles International. PaytonCo was recognized as one of the AGGIE 100 for 2009. Richard has more than 20 years of experience in the organizational development, energy and telecom fields. All of this experience has included hiring and developing personnel. Six years was spent in the international arena, with project work and extensive travel to Asia, Europe and South America. Richard has experience in engineering, analytical, information systems, project development and finance positions, plus executive positions and management committees. This experience combined with extensive leadership training and undergraduate and MBA degrees from Texas A&M University and The University of Texas at Austin gives Richard a broad perspective on organizations and the people problems they face.
