Computer Concierge

Austin, TX, 78727
(512) 468-8004

About

I describe my services as Concierge Tech Support. I provide high quality, on-site computer service for home and small business users for a reasonable price. This includes everything from performance optimization to troubleshooting and repair to networking assistance. I am also available for one-on-one or classroom training.

Passions

Besides helping people with their computers, I'm active in helping the homeless through Trinity Center (trinitycenteraustin.org) and having fun either in singing karaoke (karaokebyrjandassociates.com) or playing games (sjgames.com). And, of course, providing thoughts and suggestions to my fellow networkers through Netstorming with NIA!

Wish List

Someday, I'd like to open a co-working space and coffeeshop in the NW Austin/Round Rock Area.

I wrote this originally in response to a question on www.linkedin.com. Should you stimulate your children to be successful in life or to have fun? Yes! stimulate them both. Read more »

There but for the grace of God

posted on November 14, 2009

I consider myself to be a lucky man. This time last year I was working at a great job with a major hi-tech company and engaged to be married to a wonderful woman. She was, at the time, working at Trinity Center, a daytime resource center for people experiencing homelessness and poverty in downtown Austin which is affiliated with St. David's Episcopal Church and housed in their basement. Through her influence I began volunteering on a very occasional basis. Read more »
