A marketing enthusiast, entrepreneur, and businessman, Ralph Young is a Customer Relationship specialist, trainer, speaker and marketing consultant. He’s been in the trenches and on the front line. Ralph is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Subliminal Persuasive Linguistics, and Unconscious Suggestions. He uses these skills to teach business professionals how to create conscious and subconscious rapport with anyone and to develop their persuasion tactics to achieve greater success. For more than 27 years, Ralph has developed solutions and implemented methods that make things happen. He started his first business at the age of 28, built five successful companies – and developed award-winning strategies – Ralph has been featured in numerous business and marketing print, broadcast, and online media; and his has published many articles on the subjects.
