About

I am responsible for the Central Texas territory of businesses that require staffing services. Day to day duties include tele-marketing, cold calling, appointments, creating proposals, and networking. Employee Solutions is a full service staffing agency, specializing in placing quality temp-to-hire, direct hire, and temporary employees in light industrial, clerical and professional positions. We are a mid-sized company, that is owner operated. We have a local office in Round Rock, and also several offices in the DFW area. At Employee Solutions, we pride ourselves in offering a customized approach to staffing by addressing the client’s individual needs regarding specific candidate skill sets, recruiting procedures, and pre-placement requirements. In addition to a two-step interview process, you can be assured you are getting the most qualified candidates due to our extensive prescreening procedures which include 2 separate criminal background screenings, ensuring the employee is eligible to work in the U.S. through the Dept. of Homeland Security, a minimum of a 5 panel drug screening, and a physical qualification assessment.

Passions

I am a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and time management skills. I am service oriented and well-tuned to my clients’ needs. I am fresh in the staffing industry, and have found that I enjoy, mostly :), every bit of it. My previous background is in healthcare, but with this position, at Employee Solutions, I have discovered a great interest for the human resource/staffing side of businesses. It all starts with staffing your company with quality people. Quality people produce quality work, leading your company to become more successful and profitable. I consider a client a personal relationship, and try to be as active as I can in helping each one of them to fill the open positions their companies have a need for.
