About

I am the catering director for Matt's El Rancho on south Lamar. We are a full service restaurant and catering facility that has a variety of packages to offer. We have been in Austin for almost 60 years, and have been serving some of Austin's best Tex-Mex for years.

Passions

My passions are people and food. I love the combination of the two, and seeing people enjoy what we bring to their table. Making people smile with great food, and equally as wonderful service makes me smile. I really like to see someone's eyes light up with excitement that is the result of what I do on a daily basis, service with a smile.

Wish List

I would love anyone who needs lunches, meetings, weddings, birthdays, house parties, or any other event that needs the perfect food and drink to contact me and I will make it happen.

I have been in Austin for almost 5 years now.  There are too many restaurants to even count, from the big chains to the locally owned.  Big or small, I always try to support the local places and keep the chains tucked away as my guilty pleasure that no one needs to know about unless you know me well:)  I believe that the service standards for most of the places I have been, minus a few, are pretty low.  You can expect sub standard from  the greeting to the hush hush (no one says anything) when you are exiting the building.
