After 14 years as a Software Developer and Network Specialist, and most recently 10 years as a Recruiting Professional leading Coolhires, I am on a mission to help people establish, extend and enhance their personal talent brand. My experience as both a recruiter and a hiring manager, coupled with deep understanding of technology, has allowed me to master the new and rapidly evolving world of modern recruiting and talent branding.

Passions

I enjoy speaking to groups on hiring, talent branding and job search strategies. I am Vice President of Power Up Africa (www.powerupafrica.org), which an Austin-based non-profit dedicated to bringing solar power to light boarding schools in rural Africa.
