Catherine Jewell is on a personal quest to help everyone find perfect work. She is the author of "New Resume, New Career," a resume makeover book available in book stores March 2010. She is a career coach and creator of the Career Passion™ technology, a system for discovering life purpose. Catherine is a career-changer herself, who discovered late in life that her true passions are speaking and training. She volunteered for training assignments within her marketing career, and soon felt ready to go for a training director’s job. With help from books, networking and workshops, she transformed a 20-year marketing resume into one that highlighted her writing and training skills. Out of a field of 80 applicants, she was selected as Training Director of a Fortune 500 company division. A combination of passion, enthusiasm, and a skills-based resume did the trick. Five years later, Jewell created her own company, The Career Passion™ Coach. Catherine loves her clients through the often frightening experience of looking for work after the age of 50. She is a master at identifying talent and helping her clients tell stories to prove it. Catherine provides resume writing, behavioral and values testing, group tele-classes, one-on-one coaching by phone or in person, and public workshops on job-seeking skills. She has also created her own assessment called The Career Passion™ Test, which provides a list of passions that can guide career choices.
