I'm a results oriented entrepreneur with a keen understanding of People, Process, and Performance. I have spent the lion share of his 25 career in Key leadership roles with marquee high tech firms in both Silicon Valley and Austin. His 20 years of leading and managing employees to highly creative solutions has given him tremendous insight into motivating entrepreneurial employees to peak performance and satisfaction. Further, operating effectively in the high stress environment of the fast paced technology sector has helped me better understand the human element and its need for true work-life balance.

Passions

My Wife and my kids, Helping Clients Develop Professionally and Personally (My Dad was a University Prof and it rubbed off), Playing and Coaching soccer, Reading vociferously (anything I can find), Developing myself personally and professionally, Learning to take the middle road position and understand other viewpoints, Finding and Developing good friendships... without friends, we're fairly isolated and alone.

Wish List

If I could build a 100% referral based business, I'd be overjoyed. I want to connect with as many entrepreneurs, business owners and people and provide as much help as I can with little expectation of return. My business will grow from there.
